Description

It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for the acquisition, delivery, and planting of Street Trees in the public right-of-way and City parks in five (5) Planting Units. Tree planting will occur in two planting seasons. Spring (April 1 through June 15) and Fall (September 15 through November 30). Estimated quantities will be divided between these two seasons
Trees shall be planted as designated, at locations chosen and marked by the Forestry Division.
Trees shall be warrantied for a period of one (1) year from date of acceptance.
