The City of Rochester is soliciting highly competent temporary staffing agencies thaT employ certified 911 Dispatchers that provide call taking and dispatcher services,
duties and responsibilities, as specified, to assist City 911 Dispatchers.
Bidder must provide certified 911 Dispatchers that have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Bidder must provide certified 911 Dispatchers that have at least two (2) years of emergency communications call taking and dispatcher experience in all three areas of Public Safety: Police Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
The bidder understands that this is a larger Public-Safety Answering Point (PSAP) servicing over 750,000 citizens and can provide certified 911 Dispatchers that can keep pace with the needs and expectations of the department.
Bidder must provide certified 911 Dispatchers that have call taking and dispatcher experience, which includes but not limited to the following:
FEMA IS-100C
FEMA IS-700B
AWR-160 WMD Terrorism Awareness for Emergency Responders Online.National Law Enforcement clearance access (Criminal Justice Information Services, National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System).
Bidder must provide certified 911 Dispatchers that have satisfactorily completed a background check including FBI fingerprinting before reporting to the City of Rochester, Emergency Communications Department.
Bidder must provide certified 911 Dispatchers that have the physical and mental ability to perform all the typical work activities that are referenced in Appendix I.
The Bidder shall furnish certified experienced 911 Public Safety Dispatchers for the City of Rochester, Emergency Communications Department
The City of Rochester has sole discretion and can terminate a Dispatcher on Demand at any time with no additional costs.
The successful Bidder must maintain and hold harmless the City Rochester’s reputation with professionalism and legal compliance.
The successful Bidder must adhere to Local, State and Federal Laws.
