Description

1.         SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION

The City of Rochester is seeking bids from companies who can supply after-market truck parts for the brands listed in the Proposal.

2.         REQUIREMENTS

2.1       DELIVERY TIME

2.1.1   For all items which are normally stocked by the contractor, delivery shall be made within five (5) days of receipt.

2.1.2   The City reserves the right to reject any bids in which delivery is deemed unacceptable.

2.1.3   If non-stock items are ordered, the contractor shall immediately so advise the user department and shall make delivery within (7) seven days.

2.1.4   If delivery cannot be made within the allotted time, purchase may be made on the open market pursuant to paragraph #36 of the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders.

                    2.1.5   Agency shall also be accorded “Over-the-Counter” service.
