It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for a variety of Utility Fiberglass Poles:
A. Standard anchor based smooth post-top 10', 12' and 14';
B. Anchor based 20' and 25' poles with 4' mast arm(s)
All items in this contract shall be available in the manufacturer’s standard colors as well as the City’s standard colors of Black and Bronze ANSI #313.
