PROJECT ESTIMATE: $1,680,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of work consists of installing new water mains, new hydrants and new services on the following streets: Swan Street, Frost Avenue, Lyncrest Drive and Southampton Drive. Westchester Avenue is bid as an ADD ALTERNATE.
