Summary of Specifications:
CLEANUP AND REMOVAL OF WASTE, SANITIZATION AND SECURING OF CITY OWNED BUILDING Bids shall be accompanied by cash, certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the order of the City Clerk, City of Rome, New York. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond in the amount equal to the contract award.

Mandatory walk through will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, November 30, 2009 at 293 East Dominick Street.
