Should a prospective bidder not be able to attend the Pre-Bid Confrenece, they shall contact the City of Rome Public Works (DPW) to arrange for an inspection of the project. Bids will NOT be considered from any bidders who have not inspected the project site in the presence of the DPW or Plumley Engineering.
