SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Rome, New York, is soliciting proposal from qualified firms or individuals to provide consulting and engineering design services for the renovations and expansion of facilities located at the John F. Kennedy Civic Arena, 500 W. Embargo St. in Rome, New York.
