Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF WORK: Work shall include PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AGREEMENT FOR HVAC SYSTEM LOCATED AT OMRDD (Office of Retardation and Developmental Disabilities)

SITE VISIT: Each prospective vendor is required to visit the premises where scheduled maintenance and service of HVAC equipment is required by the specifications. As a result of the site visit, the prospective vendor will be regarded by the City of Rome as having full knowledge of the physical conditions, refrigerant charge and equipment at each facility.

The site visit is scheduled for March 20th, 2008 at 1:00 PM. Meet in the lobby of City Hall and ask for Kim Streeter of the Building Maintenance Department.
