All proposals shall be made on the Bid Proposal Form furnished and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked to the attention of the City Clerk as follows: PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS RFP-2012-022 Little Italy Colonnade [Name of Company]

Bid also advertised electronically at www.rome-ny.gov; click on “Purchasing”, “Treasurer and Purchasing”, then “Documents, Forms & Applications”, or go to: www.centralnybidsystem.com. These plans are available for download (Adobe PDF) at no charge.
All questions concerning the Bid Documents are to be submitted in writing or email to the Department of Community & Economic Development by Tuesday, May 8, 2012 before 3:00 P.M. Questions submitted after this date will not be answered. The City of Rome Department of Community & Economic Development email address is shuntzinger@romecitygov.com.
The Bid Proposal Form, Responsible Bidder Form, Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate, and MWBE Form must be returned with each proposal. Bid bonds are not required.
This proposal must be returned to Rome City Clerk’s Office, First Floor, Rome City Hall, 198 N. Washington St., Rome, NY 13440 by: March 10, 2012 at 3:00 PM. The proposals will then be publicly opened and read at 3:00 PM on March 10, 2012.
The City of Rome reserves the right to reject any and all bids determined in the City’s sole discretion not to be in the best interest of the City.
