PIN 8701.43 - PIN 8701.43 Replacement of the Theodore Fremd Avenue Retaining Wall

The work includes all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications included herein, including, but not limited to: installation of approximately 160 linear feet of soldier pile and lagging wall, 40 linear feet of MSES wall in two separate locations, a sidewalk with bridge railing atop a moment slab, sidewalk at-grade, curbs, and roadway signage and striping. Substantial utility involvement is expected from Con Edison and Westchester County DEF as major facilities owned by these two agencies are located within the project area and are to be maintained through construction.

Use of the NYSDOT approved civil rights reporting software, Equitable Business Opportunities (EBO), is required for this contract.

NYS Prevailing Wage is required for this contract.
