The City of Schenectady is proposing to modify the geometry of two existing urban intersections at Forest and Holland Roads and Forest Road and Main Avenue. These modifications will reduce the number of conflict points, decrease the total impervious area and lessen the pedestrian crossing distances. Add alternatives are included for the complete paving of Forest Road between Willet Street and Main Avenue as well as for the installation of new granite curbing.
