The City of Schenectady is accepting proposals from accredited instructors to facilitate classroom training for the City of Schenectady’s Empowerment Center Construction Training Program. Applicant’s must be willing to provide a minimum of four (4) cohorts consisting of one-hundred and twenty-five (125) hours of classroom training annually. The contract will have the option of two one-year renewals.
