* Must submit five (5) hard copies of your proposal due on May 1, 2023 at 11 A.M.
* No more than ten (10) single-sided pages of the Project Team to include project understanding, overall experience with similar projects, familiarity with multi-modal funding,
M/WBE utilization, logistics and familiarity with the project area.
* Two (2) additional single-sided pages should be included which briefly describes the Project Team design approach including the roles and responsibilities of all team members.
* Resumes of key staff of no more than two (2) pages per individual.
