Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy is seeking Statements of Qualifications from appropriately experienced consulting firms (or consulting teams) to undertake professional design services for public space improvements linking two visually disconnected sections of the city’s Hudson River Waterfront.

In 2012, the City of Troy was awarded a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) grant through the New York State Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) process for the design and construction of a connection between the north end of the city’s Riverfront Park and the city’s Marina District to the north.
