Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy, NY is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors possessing the necessary financial resources required for the purchase of the Dauchy Building & the River Triangle Building. It is the City's intention to sell this facility to the highest responsible bidder that, following due diligence on the part of the City, is found to be financially capable of honoring their bid. 

The Dauchy Building is located at 275-283 River Street and the River Triangle Building is located at 264-276 River Street. 

Built in the 1800's and renovated in the 1900's, the historic Dauchy and River Triangle Buildings are located along River Street, in the heart of the City of Troy's downtown business district. These two (2) properties have untapped rental possibilities and investment potential, as adjacent Troy Riverfront Park Redevelopment is currently underway, and a new development featuring 100+ residential units with retail is being planned nearby.
