2020-3221 - 12 Month Contract for Mobile Mix Concrete Deliveries at Various COY Locations

The City of Yonkers Parks Department is seeking to enter a twelve (12) month contract for mobile mix concrete deliveries to various locations throughout the City. All concrete is to be mixed and poured onsite at the predetermined project location. There will be a minimum of 1.5 yards per delivery. The City will only be responsible for payment of the actual amount of cement utilized at the time of service. Awarded vendor shall guarantee delivery within 48 hours of service request. The quantities listed below are estimates only and may not all be utilized throughout the contract term.  Unit cost shall be firm and inclusive of any and all expenses associated with this service. 

Quotations are to be supplied on the attached request for quotation form only via email to nicole.galdi@yonkersny.gov.  Awarded vendor will be required to supply general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and disability insurances per the required insurance provisions illustrated on the quotation form.  NY State Prevailing Wage Rage Case #2019014217 applies.
