The Yonkers Police Department Forensic Science Laboratory is seeking a vendor to segregate, pack, remove, transport, and dispose of chemical waste from the Forensic Laboratory per the list on page 3 of the attached document. All chemicals are to be segregated based upon compatibility, hazard class and disposal requirements. All chemicals are to be packaged into compliant compatible containers with applicable labels. Pricing must include any and all possible fees associated with completing this service. Vendor will be required to provide packing slips, a list of all materials collected, manifests, and shipping documents. All quoting vendors must possess the applicable Federal, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and Westchester County Health Department certifications and licensing requirements, and provide evidence of same when submitting their quote. All Lab Packing services shall conform to applicable industry codes.
NY STATE PREVAILING RATE CASE NUMBER: 2023002382 SHALL APPLY FOR THIS PROJECT. THE RESULTANT CONTRACT SHALL BE REGISTERED WITH THE DEPT. OF LABOR. CERTIFIED PAYROLLS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PAYMENT REQUISITIONS.
