RFP-437- Claims Auditing Services: The Audit, Budget and Finance Committee of the Yonkers Public Schools wishes to explore the engagement of an auditing firm to perform the function of Claims Auditor for the District. The firm selected to perform the duties of Claims Auditor must be highly ethical, and have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively audit the claims of the District. The practitioners will need to demonstrate their extensive knowledge, abilities and experience in purchasing, bidding and vendor payments as these skills will be required to render reasonable judgments.

Proposers shall prepare (4) files for submission:

RFP-437 CLAIMS AUDITING SERVICES YPS:
One marked Technical Proposal, one marked Cost Proposal, one marked Schedules, and the other marked Vendor Background Questionnaire (VBQ) form, all with your company name. Return all required Schedules with your submission. Electronic signatures and/or scanned signatures from Proposers’ authorized representatives will be acceptable.

Proposals received after 2:00 PM are late and will not be accepted.
Proposals will not be accepted via email.
