The purpose of this bid is to provide the Yonkers Police Department Fleet division with a vendor to furnish, deliver and install Yonkers Police Vehicle Graphics made from 3M Scotchlite™ Removable Reflective Graphic Film with Comply™ Adhesive Series 680CR on an estimated 117 vehicles over a 24 month period. The estimated number of vehicles is comprised of anticipated new vehicles added to the fleet and vehicles currently in the fleet requiring new graphics. This contract may be extended by mutual consent for up to an additional 2 - 12-month periods, at the same unit prices, discounts, terms and conditions, and delivery requirements as the original contract.

Any bid which modifies, limits, or restricts all or any part of such bid, other than as expressly provided for in the Contract Documents, will be rejected as non-responsive.
Scope:
The attached bid documents describes the requirements to furnish, deliver and install Yonkers Police Vehicle Graphics made from 3M Scotchlite™ Removable Reflective Graphic Film with Comply™ Adhesive Series 680CR on an estimated 117 vehicles over a 24 month period. The estimated number of vehicles is comprised of anticipated new vehicles added to the fleet and vehicles currently in the fleet requiring new graphics. This contract may be extended by mutual consent for up to an additional 2 - 12-month periods, at the same unit prices, discounts, terms and conditions, and delivery requirements as the original contract.
This bid is divided into two (2) sections:
- Group A Labor & Material:
This group shall include labor and material for installing decals onto Police vehicles as listed in the “Bid Schedule of Prices”. List unit price for materials and installation per vehicle in Items 1 - 8.
Estimated quantities shall be +/- 50%.
If you offer quantity discounts to do more than one Vehicle at a time, list discount off the Unit cost in Items 9-12.
New design of vehicle graphics are to be listed in Items 13-17.
In the event that we need a graphics to be taken off a vehicle, please provide your labor rate on Item 18.
- Group B: Materials
This group applies to purchases only. List Unit Price for Items 19-25 and if you offer a quantity discount off the Unit Price, list the discount. Estimated quantities shall be +/- 50%.
Contract Award/Contract Term:
The City intends to award a contract for a 24 month period..

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS REGARDING BID OPENINGS:
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and in line with the directives issued by the Mayor of Yonkers regarding public safety, there is limited access to One Larkin Center. The building is open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM for receiving packages via courier services and in person. If delivering bids in person, individuals must wear face coverings and see the Public Safety Officer in the library atrium who will clock in the bid and then contact Purchasing to pick up the bid. Sealed Bids will continue to be opened and read at the specified date and time, however, there will not be a public opening of bids. Those interested in listening to the bid opening and the reading of bids can dial Conference Call number 1-701-802-5221 and enter Access Code 1354203 when prompted on the due date of the bid opening. The bid opening will start promptly at 2:00 pm. It is recommended that vendors are dialed in by 1:55 pm to hear the bid results. No questions will be answered while the bid opening is in progress.
