RFP-444 - INDEPENDENT COMPLIANCE OFFICER SERVICES

The Yonkers Joint Schools Construction Board is seeking proposals for Independent Compliance Officer services in connection with Phase 1 of the Joint Schools Construction and Modernization Plan.

The Yonkers Joint Schools Construction Board (“YJSCB” or the “JSCB”) was created pursuant to the Yonkers City School District Joint Schools and Modernization Act (the “Act”) for the purpose of facilitating, inter alia, the construction of new public school facilities within the City of Yonkers (“COY”) to be utilized by the Yonkers City School District (“CSD”).
Pursuant to the Act, the YJSCB will effectuate a Phase I construction program (the “Program”) overseen by a program manager (the “Program Manager”) for the construction of school facilities within the City of Yonkers consistent with the YJSCB’s joint schools construction and modernization plan (the “Modernization Plan”).
