Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals shall be submitted via electronic delivery method through the Empire State Purchasing Group System – BidNet (http://www.empirestatebidsystem.com/). Refer to solicitation RFP-442 Project & Construction Management Services

File capacity may not exceed 500mb. For any issues requiring technical support vendors shall contact BidNet at 1-800-835-4630 or the number listed on their website. The City will not be responsible for submission delays or other unforeseen circumstances related to Proposer’s submitting its proposal electronically.

Proposers shall prepare (3) files for submission:
One file named “RFP-442 [Proposer’s name]-Proposal”, a second named “RFP-442 [Proposer name]-Pricing”, and the third named “RFP-442 [Proposer name]-Schedules. Return all required Schedules with your submission. Electronic signatures and/or scanned signatures from Proposers’ authorized representatives will be acceptable.
