Provide Lab Pack and hazardous waste removal services for various chemicals stored in the Yonkers Public Schools per the attached list and pictures. All bidders must possess the applicable Federal, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and Westchester County Health Department certifications and licensing requirements, and provide evidence of same when submitting their quote. All Lab Packing services shall conform to applicable industry codes. The unit prices quoted shall be fully loaded, i.e., inclusive of providing all required services, containers, equipment, labor, transportation, and lawful disposal. Bidders shall include with their quotes a detailed description of their proposed procedures for performing the required work. The description shall include the estimated number of days, hours per day, number of workers per day, packaging method, disposal method and location.
Due to the volume of chemicals to be removed from Gorton High School, a detailed list cannot be provided. Pictures of the chemicals that require removal can be found in the attached document. A site inspection to view these chemicals has been scheduled for Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 3PM EST. Attendance is not mandatory but strongly encouraged.
