Purpose:
The City of Yonkers is requesting the services of a company/organization that can host the information and reports of all buildings, building systems, building components, and/or special occupancies and uses that require inspections in an accessible on line cloud format for the City of Yonkers Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), building owners and contract service providers. This is an effort to increase code compliance in the City of Yonkers.
Background and Scope of the Project:
The Fire Department and other City Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), such as Code Enforcement, conduct annual State required inspections of buildings that contain an area of public assembly, a special use permit, all multiple dwellings and all non-residential occupancies, and other State mandated inspections and inspection verification in the City of Yonkers, NY.
The City is seeking responders to this RFP to perform the service of coordinating and tracking buildings, building systems, building components and/or other special occupancies and uses, building owner information, owner contact information, contractors and identified City recipients of required inspection information. The selected vendor will perform communications, on behalf of the City.
