Summary of Specifications:
Purchase of Periodicals to be delivered to multiple locations. A diskette containing the items for this bid is required to submit a bid response. If you are interested in obtaining a copy of the bid submittal diskette, please contact the City School District of Albany Purchasing Office at 518-475-6050. Please allow for the mailing of this diskette with regard to the bid submittal deadline indicated in the bid documents. Diskettes will be sent using standard mailing, unless the vendor provides an alternate method and billing number that they wish us to use. A disk copy must be completed and returned in your bid packet. Do not return your bid on a computer listing of your own, it must be entered on a hard copy and a diskette.
