Bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Glen Cove at City Hall, 9 Glen Street (rear entrance), Glen Cove, N.Y. 11542 until 10:00 a.m. on July 12, 2023 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00am (see Invitation to Bidders) and the contract awarded as soon thereafter as practicable. If the bid is sent through the mail or another delivery system, the sealed
envelope should be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation "Bid Enclosed" on the face of it. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that his bid is received no
later than July 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
