RFP#2023-015 - LICENSE OF RESTAURANT AT THE CITY OF GLEN COVE MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE

The City of Glen Cove (“the City”), the owner of the Glen Cove Municipal Golf Course (“Golf Course”) and Stanco Park (“Park”), is hereby soliciting a principal firm, partnership, corporation or other legal entity to furnish the necessary experience and financial resources to renovate/redesign the existing restaurant facility at the site and to create a quality restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for patrons at the Golf Course and Park and catering services for special events accommodating approximately 200 people, including Golf Course outings run by the City.
