Equipment will be rented on an as-needed basis and the CITY is under no obligation to rent specific equipment listed herein. The Contractor shall provide proof of valid certification/licensure for each crane operator providing services under the term of this agreement. The bidder is required to be in the business of renting utility construction equipment for a minimum of five (5) years with volumes and services that are similar in size and scope to those expected by the City of this award.
