This bid will be awarded in two parts - Fresh and Frozen with an all or nothing basis within each part.

Please Note: Monday, Wednesday, Friday delivery is preferred. If multiple deliveries are to be made weekly all milk products shall have a shelf life of at least one week at the time of delivery. If delivery is being made only once weekly all milk products must have a shelf life of 14 days at the time of delivery. If a Holiday falls on the scheduled delivery day, delivery would be expected the following day.

Please Note: The Office for the Aging Nutrition Site, 93 Main Street, Philmont, NY accepts deliveries between the hours of 7am-1pm Mon-Fri.
