Masonry repairs and minor installations Districtwide. This bid includes various types of repairs, replacement, additions and/or minor installations to interior and exterior masonry. Typical type of work includes, but is not limited to: Curb removal and replacement; Brick removal and replacement; Brick chimney replacement; Concrete sidewalk removal and replacement; Raking and pointing of mortar joints; removal and replacement of expansion joint caulking; removal and replacement of flashing; and installation of welded door bucks and window frames through concrete block walls.
