Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is requesting Qualification and Experience/Technical Proposals and Pricing Proposals from interested parties to purchase and install an Emergency Dispatch Protocol System for the Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response and our 911 Communications Center. It is the intent of the County to request proposals for 911 Call Answering Guidelines and Software for the Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response 911 Communications Center. Additionally, card sets and software must be included for the DC 911 Backup site located in the City of Poughkeepsie.
