Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess has a need for additional contract(s) for the provision of Level I (housekeeping/chore) and Level II (personal care/homemaking) services to EISEP/CSE Title III-E eligible elderly clients referred by Dutchess County Office for the Aging in compliance with the standards of the Expanded In-Home Services to the Elderly Program (EISEP). The state regulations for EISEP are attached to this document as EXHIBIT A.
