Dutchess County is requesting proposals from Certified Public Accounting firms with experience in New York State to audit its annual financial statements for the fiscal years ending December
31, 2023 through December 31, 2025 with two additional single-year extensions at Dutchess County's option. The awarded firm will be responsible to compile, prepare, duplicate and
distribute the financial statements in the form of the Basic Financial Statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis and/or a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
