Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess is seeking proposals for “Qualifications and Proposed Fees for Bond Counsel.” The selected firm will serve as Bond Counsel to provide legal advisory services as requested by the Dutchess County Commissioner of Finance, including, but not limited to, the County’s issuance of general obligation debt, including refunding debt, BAN’s, RAN’s, disclosure in connection with the issuance of County obligations, and related tax issues. The selected firm will also be expected to give general advice to the County regarding the issuance of debt by the County.
