Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is in the process of securing temporary housing "pods" in order to bring back the approximately 200 inmates currently housed out in other county jails in New York. It is anticipated that the pods will be installed and operational by the end of December 2014. In preparation for the permanent housing that will be designed and created following the return of the inmates, the County is seeking a qualified consultant to analyze special populations in the jail in order to plan for the transition from temporary to permanent housing.
