Description

The county is seeking a consultant to advise on the programming and design of the Justice and Transition Center (JTC) that will meet the needs of various special populations including: women, youth, people with special needs and those with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. The consultant will continue to build on programming that is already in place in the jail and will also focus on re-entry programming for individuals transitioning to the community to ensure a seamless continuity of treatment.
