RFP-DCP-20-22 - Customer Service Queueing / Ticketing System

The Dutchess County Clerk’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for an appointment management and queuing system for our Poughkeepsie and Wappingers offices to allow online reservations and in person ticketing at each location. This system would replace the existing system currently utilized by both offices.
The successful vendor will provide the system software, install the system at multiple work locations, provide specialized hardware (i.e. ticket printers, displays) troubleshoot the system to ensure it is operating properly, provide initial training to County employees, provide and execute regular software updates as they become available, and provide on-going technical support to all software system users and supervisors for the entire duration of the contract term and any executed contract extension periods.
