Description

Dutchess County Department of Public Works DPW - Parks Division is seeking the services of a qualified architectural firm to develop plans, specifications and bid documents for restroom accessibility improvements at Wilcox Memorial Park (Town of Milan) (See Exhibit A for Project Location Map) the County is seeking to undertake the following improvements: add a single user, ADA compliant restroom within the existing footprint of the building as well as improving the two, Multi-user restrooms to provide accessibility improvements. Additionally, the County desires the provision of investigation and subsequent plans to suffieciently provide and utilize potable water completely for the concessions building.
