RFP-DCP-69-14 - Dismantle, Removal and Salvage of Wilcox Barn, Milan, NY

Summary of Specifications:
Proposals are requested for the dismantling, removal and salvage of an old barn at Wilcox Memorial Park, a Dutchess County Park, located at Route 199, Milan, New York. The intent would be for the barn to be salvaged and the substantial wood elements utilized for another purpose by the proposer, however the use of the barn and/or its wood elements is completely at the discretion of the proposer. Considering the age and historic value of the wood elements, proposers will be requested to submit a fee proposal for payment to the County for the salvaged wood.
