Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess is seeking a vendor, who will pick up water samples on a regular (daily) basis at the Dutchess County Department of Health and perform specific analysis as described in the attached Appendix A and in compliance with Chapter 1 of the New York State Sanitary Code, Part 5-1 Public Water Systems. Work must be performed by a NYS Environmental Laboratory Accredited Program (ELAP) certified laboratory for the specified analyses utilizing NYS ELAP approved protocols, holding times, and standard methods.
