Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County Public Transit is seeking proposals for a Leased Demand Response Dispatch System including all software, all hardware, installation, implementation, and training services as described in this RFP. The system shall meet or exceed the RFP specifications. Dutchess County Public Transit will be using Federal Funding for this lease and must adhere to Federal rules, and regulations and requires that Federal clauses be included in this solicitation.
