RFI-DCP-80-21 - Dutchess County Transportation Council Transportation Vulnerability Assessment

The DCTC invites interested parties to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) to provide industry input that may be used in the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to complete a vulnerability assessment of transportation infrastructure in Dutchess County. Such an assessment would build upon the work done for Moving Dutchess Forward, which broadly discusses how climate change will impact our transportation system (see also our Flood Vulnerability Map). To further our understanding, the plan recommends that the DCTC complete a more detailed vulnerability assessment to learn more about these impacts and better prepare our system for climate change.
