RFP-DCP-20-24 - EMPLOYMENT SERVICES FOR TANF, SAFETY NET INDIVIDUALS AND EX-OFFENDERS

The Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services (hereinafter
"DCDCFS”) announces a funding opportunity for Employment-related Services for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) and Safety Net (SN) eligible
individuals., and Ex-Offenders who include those transitioning to the community
from the Dutchess County Jail, prison or those who are receiving services from the
Dutchess County Office of Probation and Community Corrections with the
exception of those under electronic monitoring. DCDCFS is seeking a program
designed to assist the County in addressing the employment needs of these individuals
enabling them to acquire and improve the skills needed to become productive and
successful in the workplace, home and community and to achieve self-sufficiency.
The goal of this RFP is to provide eligible individuals with intensive case management,
training, and employment-related services which are evidence-based that meet their
individualized needs to enable them to move towards achieving and maintaining financial
independence.
