Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide for the proper handling, transportation, and recycling of used computers and electronic components collected from two collection events for County residents. The successful bid must be from a certified and accredited Electronics Recycler. It is the County’s intent and requirement to reuse and recycle the maximum amount possible of all materials collected. The ER shall be responsible for transportation of all collected electronic materials as described herein. The ER must be compliant with EPA and NYDEC guidelines for environmental recycling and disposal of computer and electronic equipment.
