Summary of Specifications:
The County is seeking the services of an Energy Consultant to provide advisory and consulting services to the County relating to any and all aspects of energy policy, regulation, management, delivery, acquisition, use, efficiency, contracting, optimization, planning, and forecasting. The Consultant shall have a background and familiarity with the County and the County’s energy related needs and energy systems which will be called upon to furnish energy to the County.
