Description

The County of Dutchess (herein after “County”) is seeking the services of an Energy Consultant
to provide advisory and consulting services to the County relating to any and all aspects of
energy policy, regulation, management, delivery, acquisition, use, efficiency, contracting,
optimization, planning, and forecasting. The County currently has approximately 50 electric
accounts totaling approximately 18,000,000 kwh annually and 20 natural gas accounts totaling
approximately 400,000 CCF annually.
