RFP-DCP-03-21 - Eviction Prevention and Legal Eviction Assistance Programs

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposal(s) from qualified and experienced
non-profit 501(c)(3) applicant(s) to administer program(s) that address the below listed funding
priorities:
1. Eviction Prevention Program; and/or
2. Legal Eviction Assistance Program
The programs must target eligible low and moderate-income households who live in the Dutchess
County CDBG Consortium who are experiencing housing instability and at risk of eviction due to a
significant negative change in the household’s financial situation related to the coronavirus. The
Consortium includes all Dutchess County communities, except the City of Poughkeepsie, since the City
receives its own CDBG allocations; therefore, City of Poughkeepsie households are not eligible for
funding under this program.
