The Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services (hereinafter
"DCDCFS”) announces a funding opportunity for Family Centered Case Management
Services. DCDCFS is seeking a program designed to assist the County in addressing
the needs of these individuals enabling them to acquire and improve the skills needed
to become productive and successful in the workplace, home, and community and to
achieve self-sufficiency.
