The County of Dutchess (the “County”) is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations for the management and operation of Camp Nooteeming, which the County is contemplating purchase in first quarter 2022. Successful organizations should have experience in managing camps, community, sports and wellness, and/or academic facilities which include programming spaces, sports programs, youth and family development programs, and aquatics facilities.

Dutchess County will arrange for a tour of Camp Nooteeming for interested firms to inspect the Camp prior to submitting an Expression of Interest. Interested firms may request a tour by sending an email to Sarah Andrews at sandrews@dutchessny.gov with a copy to Ellie Theohary at mtheohary@dutchessny.gov . All requests for a tour must be received by 5:00pm Wednesday, February 16, 2022.
