Description

The Dutchess County (County) Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks proposals from qualified
firms to provide fuel storage tank compliance inspection, record management and training services
related to petroleum fuel storage tanks owned by Dutchess County. Services shall include inspections of
County owned underground and above ground petroleum product storage tanks, inspections of related
equipment including, but not limited to, pumps, electronic fuel/petroleum management system,
electronic tank monitoring system, accessories and other related equipment. The purpose of the
inspections is to assist the County to comply with all applicable New York State Department of
Conservation (NYSDEC,) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rules and regulations.
